Galatasaray’s star football player, Mauro Icardi, continues to remain on the agenda with his private life as well as his performance on the field. The turbulent process he had with his ex-wife Wanda Nara and the ongoing legal struggle after the divorce attracted the attention of the public again with a new development. THEY PARTICULAR WAYS IN MARCH Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara, who got married on May 27, 2014, have two daughters named Francesca and Isabella.
The couple, who frequently came to the fore with betrayal allegations and custody disputes, officially divorced last March. The 33-year-old football player attended Milan, where the divorce hearing was held, with China Suarez, whom he had been with for a while, and announced that the divorce request came from her. Icardi also stated that the allegations made about him in the Argentine press in the last year did not reflect the truth.
Wanda Nara, one of the ex-spouses who continued to make references to each other on social media after the divorce, criticized Icardi about the responsibilities of his children and accused him of being an “irresponsible father”. REJECTION OF THE 250 THOUSAND EUR DEMAND According to the news in the Italian and Argentinian press, the legal process between the couple has moved to a new stage. Wanda Nara’s application for temporary alimony of 250 thousand euros per month from Mauro Icardi was rejected by the court.
THE COURT EXPLAINED THE REASONS In the decision of the Milan Court dated June 1, it was evaluated that Wanda Nara’s economic situation was strong. In the decision, it was stated that the necessary legal conditions for temporary alimony were not met. The court also noted that Nara was young, professionally equipped and capable of providing his own income independently. Evaluating the defense and documents submitted by Mauro Icardi’s lawyers, Valeria De Vellis and Raffaele Rigitano, the court concluded that the request for temporary alimony was not urgent.
With this decision, it was learned that Mauro Icardi will not pay any alimony to Wanda Nara until the final decision on the case is made.
