There was another price increase in tobacco products in Turkey. According to the information shared by Tekel Dealers Assistance Association (TBYD) President Erol Dündar, a price increase of 5 TL was made for the products of a cigarette group. Updated prices started to be applied as of Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
Following the price update, the lowest priced cigarette in the relevant group was offered for sale at 105 TL, while the price of the highest priced product increased to 120 TL. The increased tariff came into force at sales points across the country.
With the new prices, the monthly expenditure of a person who consumes a pack of cigarettes every day has reached approximately 3 thousand 600 TL.
According to the information shared by TBYD, after the 5 TL increase implemented, the price range in the relevant cigarette group was between 105 TL and 120 TL. The current tariff is valid as of June 3, 2026.
