With the end of the 2025-2026 season in the Trendyol Super League, the current market values of the football players were redetermined. There have been significant changes in the market value of many players in line with their performances throughout the season, the age factor, statistical contribution and the overall sporting success of the clubs. The data announced after Galatasaray’s championship-winning season revealed both the stars that lost value and the young players on the rise.
Footballers with the Most Decreased Market Value According to the updated data, Andre Onana was the name whose market value decreased the most in the Super League. The goalkeeper player’s market value decreased by 15 million euros. Onana was followed by Leroy Sane, who lost 12 million euros in value. After Sane, Edson Alvarez and Ederson were at the top of the list with a decrease of 10 million euros. The rest of the ranking included names such as Sacha Boey (8 million euro decrease), Wilfred Ndidi (7 million euro decrease), Fred (5.5 million euro decrease), Matteo Guendouzi, Orkun Kökçü and Marco Asensio.
Loss of value ranging from 5 to 15 million euros in all of these players attracted attention. The Most Valuable Footballers in the Super League The highest market value increase of the season occurred in Christ Inaou Oulai. The young player’s market value increased by 22.4 million euros, ranking first on the list. After Oulai, Sidiki Cherif attracted attention with an increase in value of 17.2 million euros and Felipe Augusto with an increase of 12.8 million euros.
The rapid development of these players, especially in the young age group, was directly reflected in their market values. The list also included Hyeon-Gyu Oh (11.5 million euro increase), Juan (9.5 million euro increase), Barış Alper Yılmaz (9 million euro increase), Dorgeles Nene (8 million euro increase), Jayden Oosterwolde (7 million euro increase), Arda Okan Kurtulan (6.65 million euro increase) and Arseniy Batagov (6.5 million euro increase).
Barış Alper Yılmaz’s market value, rising to 30 million euros, was recorded as one of the prominent increases among domestic players. The announced data revealed that market values in the Super League are shaped significantly depending on the performance of young players. The fact that most of the players who gained value were in the young age group also showed the economic value of the clubs’ player development processes.
