MUĞLA (AA) – The Expo Area, established within the scope of Visa Maximiles Black L’Etape Marmaris by Tour de France, the official amateur series of the world’s prestigious cycling race Tour de France, was opened with a ceremony. The Expo Area, created in Marmaris 19 May Youth Square, brought together athletes, brands and cycling enthusiasts. At the opening ceremony of the organization to be held on June 6-7, officials shared the details of the organization and its contributions to regional tourism.

We are now experiencing the collaboration of L’Etape by Tour de France, one of the largest organizations in the world, in Marmaris. L’Etape Series by Tour de France Strategy and Business Development Manager Mathieu Clanchin stated that they aim for all participants and cycling lovers to enjoy the atmosphere of this popular event, and that they hope to grow the organization further in the coming years. – The festival program will continue with the public ride.
The festival program of the organization, whose registrations have been completed due to intense interest and in which 700 athletes, 120 of whom are foreigners, from 16 different countries will compete, will be held tomorrow at 11.00 with the L’Etape Marmaris by Tour de France Public Ride. The event will end with the award ceremony after the 96.7-kilometer long and 65.8-kilometer short course races on Sunday, June 7.
