Lenovo expanded its gaming-oriented tablet family on the Android side with the Legion Y900 series. The new series, introduced in China, comes with two different screen sizes: 11.1 inches and 13 inches. Both models feature 4K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, large battery, pen support and external keyboard accessory. Lenovo Legion Y900 series hit the scene in China. Lenovo’s new Legion Y900 tablets were introduced with a design close to the Legion Tab Gen 5 line that the company showed at MWC 2026.

The series consists of two different models. While the 11.1-inch version offers a more portable body, the 13-inch model comes with a larger screen and more powerful multimedia hardware. Both models have a 4K display with a resolution of 3840 x 2560 pixels, a 144 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1100 nits. Both tablets work with the second generation Lenovo Pen Pro pen. 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity are offered on the pen side.

Lenovo also includes a software privacy feature that can darken sensitive areas of the screen. This feature works like a layer that makes it difficult to read the screen from side angles. The two models differ from each other on the hardware side. The 11.1-inch Lenovo Legion Y900 comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500S processor. In the 13-inch model, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite / Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition platform is used.

There is LPDDR5X memory on the RAM side and UFS 4.1 options on the storage side. Models start from 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage and go up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. On the battery side, the 11.1-inch model has a capacity of 11,000 mAh. In the 13-inch model, the capacity increases to 12,700 mAh. Both tablets come with 68W fast charging support. Lenovo’s official store page also includes information about the Android 16 operating system, 13 MP 2 MP rear camera, 8 MP 0.3 MP front camera, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 connection and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut for the 13-inch model.

There is a difference between the two models on the audio side. The 11.1-inch version has four speakers. The 13-inch model has a six-speaker system consisting of two tweeters and four subwoofers. The sound system of the larger model bears the signature of Harman Kardon. The Legion Y900 series can also be used with a magnetic keyboard accessory. This keyboard has 1.5 mm key travel, adjustable RGB lighting and a large touchpad.

The keyboard accessory works with the mode, which provides a desktop-like usage experience on tablets. According to Android Authority, the keyboard cover is not included in the box and is sold separately. Lenovo offers the storage card slot as standard in the new series. At the China launch, application support such as WPS Office, Jianying Pro, ZWCAD and CAJViewer at the PC level was also shared. These software are among the features that show that the 13-inch model is positioned not only in gaming but also in productivity-oriented use.

On the price side, the starting price for the 11-inch model in the Chinese launch was announced as 2699 yuan, and the starting price for the 13-inch model was announced as 3399 yuan. In its news, Android Authority states that the 11-inch model starts at 2124 yuan and the 13-inch model starts at 2719 yuan, based on different campaign or listing prices. Prices vary depending on configuration and keyboard-pen packages in Lenovo’s official store listings.
