Civil Servant Raise July 2026! Teacher, Police, Doctor and Nurse Salaries Have Been Announced!

After TÜİK announced the inflation data recently, it became a matter of curiosity how much the salaries of civil servants would increase in July.

Following the announcement of May inflation data by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) on June 5, the cumulative inflation data for the first five months of 2026 became final. In this context, millions of retired civil servants as well as civil servants are wondering how much their salaries will increase in July. Accordingly, while the salaries of SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees are expected to increase by approximately 18 percent, the salaries of retired civil servants and civil servants are expected to increase by nearly 14 percent, together with the collective bargaining increase and the inflation difference.

THE LOWEST CIVIL PUBLIC PUBLIC SALARY IS INCREASING According to the five-month cumulative inflation data announced by TUIK, the lowest pension is expected to approach 65 thousand liras, while the lowest civil servant pension is thought to be 29 thousand liras. Following the announcement of TÜİK’s June inflation data next month, the average teacher salary is thought to increase to 84 thousand 873 lira, the superintendent salary to 103 thousand 203 lira, the police officer salary to 94 thousand 415 lira, while the salary of specialist doctors will increase to 174 thousand 013 lira, the salary of nurses to 86,194 lira, and the salary of engineers.

It is expected to climb to 111,297 lira. At the same time, it is thought that technicians will receive 77 thousand 355 liras, professors will receive 156 thousand 271 liras, and research assistants will receive 104 thousand 794 liras.
