The incident took place in Babataşı Mahallesi Karayolları area of Fethiye district of Muğla. According to the information obtained, an armed attack was carried out on Mayor Alim Karaca for an unknown reason.
Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene for Karaca, who was injured in his foot as a result of the attack. After the first intervention of the medical teams, Karaca was taken to the hospital by ambulance and received treatment.
