EDİRNE (AA) – Junior Meriç Races organized by the Turkish Rowing Federation in Edirne started with the elimination and qualifying races held at the 100th Year Rowing Course. In the organization attended by clubs from different provinces of Türkiye, athletes went into the water and showed their performances before the final races to be held at the weekend. There has been intense activity since the morning hours on the 100th Anniversary Rowing Course on the Meriç River.
Young athletes rowed to achieve success in the qualifying and qualifying races. In the organization, athletes competing in different categories, especially young men, competed on the water in order to enter the final stages with advantageous rankings. After the qualifying races, athletes will compete in the qualifying stages and row to participate in the final series. In the organization that will continue throughout the weekend, the winning athletes and clubs will be announced after the final races.
