Acer added two new laptops to the Swift family. The new Swift Air 14 and Swift Spin 14 AI combine the thin and light body structure with artificial intelligence features. The two models that come with Windows 11 offer special NPU units, Acer’s artificial intelligence tools, fast connection options and long battery life. The laptop is powered by Intel Core 3 Series processors. On the technical features side, the device comes with processor options up to Intel Core 7 processor 350. The model, offered with the Intel Graphics graphics unit, provides a total of up to 40 platform TOPS performance and up to 17 TOPS NPU performance. Swift Air 14 carries a 3-cell Li-ion battery with a capacity of 70 Wh. According to the data shared by Acer, the device offers up to 19 hours of battery life in the video playback test, 16 hours in web browsing and 12 hours in the MobileMark 30 test.
Thanks to fast charging support, the battery can be charged up to 50 percent in 30 minutes. The device comes with an all-aluminum body. Swift Air 14, available in sage green, ice blue, flower pink and lilac color options, weighs 1.25 kg. Body thickness varies between 12.9 mm and 13.3 mm. The hinge structure, which can be opened 180 degrees, allows the screen of the device to be tilted completely back. Swift Air 14 has a 14-inch WUXGA screen.
The 1920×1200 pixel resolution panel offers 16:10 aspect ratio, 100 percent sRGB color coverage, 120 Hz refresh rate and 350 nits brightness. On the audio side, there is a four-speaker stereo system with DTS X support. The device also has dual digital microphones. On the security and video calling side, Swift Air 14 comes with an FHD IR camera. The camera supports facial recognition sign-in via Windows Hello. A physical camera privacy cover is also included on the device.
Acer PurifiedVoice provides artificial intelligence-powered noise cancellation. Acer PurifiedView, on the other hand, offers visual improvement features in video calls. On the connection side, Acer Swift Air 14 comes with Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth 5.3 or higher connection support. Physical ports include two USB Type-C, one USB 3.2 Type-A and an audio jack. The device includes up to 16 GB LPDDR5 onboard memory and up to 512 GB M.2 SSD storage option.
Storage can be increased up to 1 TB. Acer Swift Spin 14 AI was introduced with the model code SFSP14-I51T. The device brings the convertible form factor to the Swift family. The model, which comes with processor options up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 386H, is offered with the Intel Graphics graphics unit. The dedicated NPU unit provides performance up to 50 TOPS. Total platform performance goes up to 100 TOPS. Swift Spin 14 AI carries a 4-cell Li-ion battery with a capacity of 71 Wh.
According to the values announced by Acer, the device offers up to 26 hours of battery life in the video playback test, 16.5 hours in web browsing and 14 hours in the MobileMark 30 test. The model also supports DC-in fast charging up to 100 watts. The transformable structure is provided by a 360-degree hinge. The device can be used in laptop, screen, presentation and tablet modes. Swift Spin 14 AI, which comes with a platinum silver aluminum body, has MIL-STD-810H military durability certification.
The device weighs 1.40 kg and has a thickness ranging from 16.9 mm to 17.1 mm. Swift Spin 14 AI has a 14-inch WUXGA IPS glass screen. The screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels offers 16:10 aspect ratio, 100 percent sRGB color coverage, 120 Hz refresh rate and 300 nits brightness. The multi-touch supported panel is compatible with Wacom AES 2.0 and Acer Active Stylus. The optional Acer Active Stylus supports shading and 4,096 pressure levels.
On the audio side, Swift Spin 14 AI comes with DTS X supported dual speakers and a triple digital microphone array. The device has a 5 MP IR camera for video calls. The camera comes with Windows Hello facial recognition support and a physical privacy cover. Fingerprint reader is also among the biometric security options. Acer Swift Spin 14 AI has a camera system with human presence detection. Acer User Sensing technology can detect the user’s presence and activate security features.
The device also offers artificial intelligence-supported noise cancellation with Acer PurifiedVoice and video call improvements with Acer PurifiedView. On the connection side, Swift Spin 14 AI comes with support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 or above. Port options include two Thunderbolt 4, two USB 3.2 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, audio jack and microSD card reader. On the memory side, there is up to 32 GB DDR5 RAM and on the storage side, there is a PCIe Gen 4 SSD option up to 1 TB.
Both new Swift models come with Windows 11 Home. The devices have a Copilot button. This key provides quick access to artificial intelligence tools and features within Windows. Swift Spin 14 AI is in the Windows 11 Copilot PC class. Acer’s artificial intelligence software package is also offered in two models. AcerSense and Acer Intelligence Space enable the management of artificial intelligence features on devices. Features developed with Intel, such as Acer QR Capture, Acer AI Image Generator and Acer Video Speed Controller, also come as part of this software experience.
Acer Assist and Acer VisionArt features are also listed on the Swift Spin 14 AI side. Acer Inc. In his statement for the new Swift Air 14, General Manager of Laptops, James Lin, stated that the device is powered by the latest Intel Core 3 Series processors and combines advanced capabilities and artificial intelligence features in a thin and light structure. Lin said that Swift Air 14 offers new technologies to a wider user base within the stylish body structure of the Swift family.
Josh Newman, General Manager and Vice President of Consumer PC at Intel Client Computing Group, stated that with Intel Core 3 Series processors, right-scale performance, long battery life and artificial intelligence-ready capabilities have been brought to new designs. Newman stated that Acer Swift Air 14 is an example of the new PC experience prepared for students, families and small businesses. Acer Swift Air 14 will be available in the EMEA region as of July 2026.
