The legal process between Emina Jahović and her ex-husband Mustafa Sandal continues. In the protocol signed by the couple, who divorced by agreement in 2018, it was stated that Mustafa Sandal had an obligation to rent a car for his ex-wife and children. Emina Jahovic applied to the Istanbul Family Court, claiming that Sandal took back the rental car allocated to her and did not comply with the divorce protocol. In his petition to the court, Jahovic requested that the expert panel calculate the “residual life”.
The famous singer requested that the average life expectancy be determined and that Mustafa Sandal cover the vehicle and all expenses during this period. Jahovic also requested that a decision be taken to purchase a similar vehicle if the obligations are not fulfilled. The case is expected to be heard in the coming weeks. On the other hand, the couple had previously been in court due to the divorce protocol. Jahovic filed a lawsuit, claiming that Mustafa Sandal did not fulfill his obligation to buy him a house in Serbia.
In the case heard in Istanbul Family Court, the court ordered Sandal to buy a house from Serbia for Jahovic within the scope of the protocol.
