It was revealed that Banu Alkan lived in a house rented in the name of her sister Neziha Pekduyar.
Allegedly, the landlord rented the flat in the name of Neziha Pekduyar. However, after the disruptions in the dues payments, it was determined that Banu Alkan was actually living in the house.
Following the development, the landlord sent a warning through a notary on the grounds that usage was contrary to the rental agreement. Since the problem could not be solved, a lawsuit was filed demanding eviction.
According to Habertürk TV, it was learned that while the lawsuit was ongoing, Banu Alkan vacated the house and handed over the keys to the owner. The court ruled that “there is no need to make a decision” since the evacuation took place.
On the other hand, the court decided that Banu Alkan would cover the litigation expenses.
