The product, brought by the distributor of Borusan Otomotiv, is positioned as a self-inflating stand-up paddleboard with a fully electric motor. BMW x SipaBoards e-SUP, which is stated to be produced in limited numbers, is on sale at Borusan Otomotiv Authorized Dealers and Services with a VAT list price of 4,000 euros.

The electric motor supports the rowing experience. BMW x SipaBoards e-SUP is integrated into the body and can produce up to 300 watts of electricity. It comes with its engine. This engine allows the paddleboard to inflate itself, while also providing additional thrust during rowing. The propeller drive unit, specially developed for BMW, can reach a speed of 7.5 km/h, that is, approximately 4 knots. The electric support system aims to reduce physical effort, especially when rowing against the wind and current.

It bears the signature of BMW Group Designworks. The design of the product was prepared by BMW Group Designworks. Stating that it is inspired by BMW’s Neue Klasse design approach, the e-SUP is offered in three color options: Mint Blue, Violet Rush and Storm Grey.
