In addition to its structure suitable for family use, the model is positioned as a comfort-oriented alternative for long journeys. Fiat Grizzly, on the other hand, comes in a compact SUV form. The model, which has a more angular design line, occupies a different point in the product range with its spacious interior volume and versatile usage structure. In FIAT’s statement, Grizzly was described as an SUV that adapts to family life and is distinguished by its interior space and living space efficiency.

FIAT CEO and Stellantis Global CMO Olivier Francois said in his statement about the new models that Grande Panda symbolizes FIAT’s return to the affordable family car segment. Francois stated that Fastback and Grizzly, two new models designed for different needs and different lifestyles, have completed the product range. Francois also defined the common point of the two vehicles as being smart, accessible and loyal to FIAT’s design DNA.

The new Fastback and Grizzly will be offered with a wide range of engine alternatives, ranging from gasoline engine options to fully electric versions. FIAT did not share engine volume, power, battery capacity, range or transmission details in the initial information. The statement included the information that the two models will come with a strong body stance, characteristic LED light signature, refined interior experience and technologies for daily use.

Both models will have compact dimensions under 4.5 meters. Despite this, FIAT used the phrase the best luggage capacity in their segment for models that will offer large interior volume. Fiat Fastback and Grizzly will be produced in production locations in different geographies within the scope of a global industrial project.

With this structure, a production network will be established close to key markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa region and Latin America. According to FIAT’s statement, this production plan will increase competitiveness and operational flexibility. The new models will be offered for sale simultaneously in Turkey, Europe and African markets.
