ISTANBUL (AA) – “Hope Notes Children’s Choir”, which was formed within the Istanbul Anatolian Probation Directorate and includes children dragged into crime, took the stage in the program with the participation of artist Yavuz Bingöl. Speaking at the program held in the directorate’s event hall, Istanbul Anatolia Probation Director Seviyya Sancı said that they came together not only for a concert, but to feel change and the power of starting over together.

Stating that they are happy to share the potential of children and their hopes for the future through the unifying language of music, Sancı continued as follows: “The probation system is not just an execution model, but a human-centered healing and support system based on the reintegration of the individual into society. Especially when it comes to our children, we have to evaluate them not only with the mistakes they make, but with the hope they carry.

Now, our children on the stage will show us what they can achieve when they work hard, are given the opportunity and are given the right guidance. Each note is repeated again.” Each melody will be the sound of the beginning and the sound of holding on to society again. We believe that every child supported by love can change, develop and be a hope for society. Because we know that every child can start again.” Sancı stated that the event was also organized within the scope of June 6 Penitentiary Personnel Day and that he congratulated the day of the personnel who are committed to the rule of law and work to reintegrate individuals into society.

After Sancı’s speech, the choir took the stage and sang various songs under the conductorship of choir director Aynur Durukan from Kadıköy Public Education Center. – “Follow your inner belief and dreams” Artist Yavuz Bingöl also said that probation and correctional staff undertake valuable duties as parents and teachers in helping young people hold on to life again. Giving advice to young people, Bingöl said, “Follow your inner belief and dreams.

When you realize your own value, God opens a path for you and no stone touches your feet. “It is really important to travel with your teacher and sing a song, do not underestimate this.” he said. Bingöl also noted that they will install a sound system in the hall together with Bülent Seyhan, the owner of Seyhan Music.
