Current President Sadettin Saran announced at the meeting he held after successive unsuccessful results that an extraordinary general assembly would be held in Fenerbahçe on June 6-7 and that he would not be a candidate in this general assembly. Thereupon, as the presidential race began in Fenerbahçe, Aziz Yıldırım and Hakan Safi announced their candidacy. While there were exciting days in the yellow-dark blue community after Yıldırım announced his candidacy for president, the experienced name stated that if he became president, they would create a record transfer budget and transfer two center forwards.
