ASELSAN will participate in the International Black Sea Defense, Aviation and Security Fair (BSDA), which will be held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, between 13-15 May. The fair, held every two years, is considered one of the leading defense and security events in Eastern Europe. The event brings together defense companies, military delegations and government representatives from NATO allies and partner countries.
ASELSAN plans to introduce various military systems, especially advanced communication systems, electro-optical solutions and defense electronics technologies, within the scope of the fair. ASELSAN, which will introduce these solutions to visitors during the event, aims to strengthen defense industry cooperation in the region with this participation. ASELSAN BSDA, which regularly participates in the fair, signed a memorandum of understanding with Romania’s state-owned defense industry company ROMARM in 2024.
By agreement, the two companies agreed to develop our cooperation in various fields, including smart munitions and guidance kits. The International Black Sea Defense, Aviation and Security Fair (BSDA), which was first held in 2007, stands out as one of the important platforms where defense companies exhibit their new technologies and enable the development of cooperation between NATO and allied countries.
