Stavros Floros, who was seriously injured in a boat accident and lost his leg, made a statement for the first time after his treatment in the hospital. Posting on his social media account, Floros thanked everyone who supported him. Stating that his treatment continues after the accident that occurred while he was out fishing, Floros stated that the messages coming from Greece and different parts of the world gave him morale.
The contestant, who said that he was hopeful despite the difficult process he went through, stated in his post that “Everything is going well and he is thankful to God.” Floros stated that the prayers for him also meant a lot. Stating that his relationship with Manos Malliaros became stronger after the accident, Floros stated that he now sees him as one of his family. Manos Malliaros also said in his statement: “Nothing will be the same again, but I gained a brother in the process.” On the other hand, according to the news in the Greek press, it was claimed that Stavros Floros had his first surgery in Miami, USA and that the operation was successful.
While it was stated that the treatment process was continuing, it was claimed that a second operation was planned due to the serious damage to his foot. Official authorities have not yet made a detailed statement regarding Floros’ health condition.
