While the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) shares the 4-month inflation figures, the inflation data to be announced on June 3 and July 3 is expected to clarify the rate of increase in the salaries of millions of retirees and civil servants. After the data in question is announced, the raise rate and salary increases that retirees and civil servants will receive will be finalized. After the consumer price index was 14.64 percent in the first four months of the year, the lowest increase rate finalized for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees was also revealed.
Salary increases for civil servants and retired civil servants are calculated by taking into account collective bargaining gains and inflation differences. HOW MUCH WILL BE THE LOWEST CIVIL SERVANT SALARY? According to the first four months of data, there is an inflation difference of 3.28 percent for civil servants, while the base raise rate reaches 10.55 percent with the addition of the collective bargaining increase to be applied in July with the cumulative multiplier method.
According to current economic data, it is estimated that the lowest civil servant salary may increase from 61 thousand 890 lira to approximately 68 thousand lira, and the lowest civil servant retirement salary may increase from 27 thousand 772 lira to approximately 30 thousand lira. PROFESSIONAL NEW SALARIES In this context, after the finalized four-month inflation data, the rate of increase in civil servant salaries in July has begun to become clear, while specialist doctor salaries are expected to increase to 166 thousand lira, engineer salaries to 106 thousand lira, police salaries to 90 thousand lira, nurse salaries to 82 thousand lira and teacher salaries to 81 thousand lira.
With the clarification of the inflation figures to be announced by TÜİK on June 3 and July 3, the rate of increase in the salaries of millions of retirees and civil servants will be finalized.
