The official signing ceremony of the production facility contract between ARCA Defense and the Estonian Ministry of Defense was held at SAHA 2026 International Defense, Aerospace Industry Fair. SAHA 2026 continues at Istanbul Expo Center with the organization of SAHA Istanbul, Turkey’s and Europe’s largest defense, aviation and space industry cluster. Turkish defense industry companies are signing various agreements at SAHA 2026, where Anadolu Agency is the Global Communication Partner.

In this context, ARCA Defense signed a production facility contract with the Estonian Ministry of Defense. Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Estonian Minister of Defense Hanno Pevkur, ARCA Defense Board Chairman İsmail Terlemez, Arca Defense Board Member Özgür Rodoplu and SAHA Istanbul Board Chairman Haluk Bayraktar attended the signing ceremony. In his speech here, Minister Güler stated that 5 years ago, he was present together with Estonian Minister of Defense Pevkur at the signing ceremony of the vehicles they bought from Otokar in Estonia, and said, “Now, I would like to express my great pleasure to be at the ceremony where our Estonian friends signed such an agreement with ARCA, one of the most popular companies of our country.” he said.

Hanno Pevkur also said that the contract to establish a production facility in Estonia further deepens the cooperation between Türkiye and Estonia. Stating that they have very good cooperation with many Turkish companies, Pevkur said: “This signed contract is a huge investment for Estonia. I would like to thank ARCA, which will create employment opportunities for approximately 1000 people in Estonia and start producing long-range artillery ammunition, for their investment.

Today is an extremely important day for Estonia, Europe and NATO countries.”
