Continental’s summer tire, PremiumContact 7, compatible with both electric and internal combustion vehicles, won the test organized by the famous British automobile magazine What Car, with its excellent braking performance in wet and dry road conditions.

PremiumContact 7, the summer tire of premium tire manufacturer and technology company Continental, became the winner of the tire test of the British monthly automobile magazine What Car?. In the test, which aims to underline the importance of choosing the right tire, based on the fact that the only point of contact between the car and the road is the tire, PremiumContact 7 outperformed its competitors in the braking categories and came out on top with its performance in both wet and dry road conditions.

PremiumContact 7 has been designed to meet the needs of a wide range of vehicles in terms of weight, size and drive system. The adaptable tread design of PremiumContact 7, which is compatible with all vehicle classes between 16 and 21 inches in size, guarantees higher stability and driving comfort on wet roads as well as on dry roads. The tire’s innovative RedChili compound compound manages to provide optimum performance in the widest possible temperature range.

Peter Robb, Continental UK and Ireland Marketing Director, said: “We are delighted to see the PremiumContact 7 top the What Car? tire test.
