The suspect caught in connection with the seizure of drugs in a hotel in Alanya was arrested

ANTALYA (AA) – The suspect, who was detained in a drug operation at a hotel in Alanya district of Antalya, was arrested.

Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams, which continue their work to prevent drug production and trafficking under the coordination of the Alanya Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, carried out an operation in a hotel room.

During the search carried out by the teams in the room where the suspect was staying, 1 kilo 865 grams of synthetic drugs and cash believed to have been obtained from crime were seized.

The suspect, who was taken into custody, was sent to the courthouse after completing his procedures at the gendarmerie.

After his interrogation at the public prosecutor’s office, the suspect was brought to the criminal judgeship of peace on duty with a request for arrest, and was arrested for the crime of “manufacturing and trading drugs or stimulants”.
