The digital draw, which will determine the pre-order holders for Turkey’s first innately electric smart device, Togg T10X, will take place in the presence of a notary on March 29.
Digital raffle excitement is experienced during the Togg T10X pre-order process, which is realized with the end-to-end digital sales method for the first time in Turkey. Transfers made to the e-Wallet via credit card and bank for prepayment during the pre-order process were processed until 17.00 on March 27, and the order system was closed at 22.00 on the same day. 177 thousand 467 people who participated in the pre-order process via the Trumore application and the Togg website between March 16-27 were entitled to participate in the digital lottery to be held in the presence of a notary on March 29. Lucky 20 thousand people among the users, for whom Togg announced a sequential list with pre-order numbers and the first letters of their names and surnames, on its website and Trumore application, will have the right to pre-order the T10X, which will be delivered in 2023. Prepayments (60 thousand TL) made by users who are not on the main and reserve lists will also be refunded through their Trumore wallets.
The reserve list will also be determined
As a result of the draw, in addition to the lucky 20 thousand users, a reserve list of 20 thousand people will also be determined. In case of cancellations in deliveries planned for 2023, users on the reserve list will be activated. However, those who cannot move from the reserve list to the main list for 2023 deliveries will be able to order T10X with new package and configuration options to be determined as of January 2024. Those who place this order will be able to receive their smart devices without entering any raffle until June 2024.
Additional warranty for the expected period and 85 kWh (*) monthly energy filling right from Trugo
When the draw concludes, 40 thousand people who are eligible to enter the main and reserve lists will have various privileges until they receive their smart devices. Starting from April, an additional warranty period will be added to users’ accounts for the time until delivery, and a monthly energy recharge right of 85 kWh (*) will be granted from Trugo.
Live broadcast from social media accounts
In the draw, which will be broadcast live on Togg social media accounts, users who are entitled to order will make their remaining payments, minus the prepayment amount, when the delivery date of their smart devices arrives. Prepayments made by users who are not included in the main and reserve lists will be refunded to their accounts.
