SAKARYA (AA) – AK Party Secretary General Eyyüp Kadir İnan said, “Rest assured, we will achieve the historic victory again in 2028. We will continue our work by making our party come to power again with a very strong vote and getting our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan elected president once again.” he said. İnan, who visited the Provincial Presidency with AK Party Deputy Chairman Ahmet Baha Öğütken and Ali İhsan Yavuz, stated that they will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the party this year.
Stating that they received the support of the nation continuously for 25 years after the party was established, İnan stated that Sakarya strongly supported President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Reminding that President Erdoğan gave the order to hold the “AK Party 33rd Consultation and Evaluation Meeting” in Sapanca, İnan continued as follows: “We are the party that brought this tradition to our history of democracy, the important meeting where the AK Party has a strong consultation tradition, where the nation is relieved, the nation’s problems are discussed and many issues are solved.
“We are a movement that has brought these consultation camps, the traditional camp where ministers, MPs and headquarters managers gather in one province and talk about the country’s and world’s issues, and its democratic tradition to Turkish politics.” Eyyüp Kadir İnan stated that Sakarya will host President Erdoğan at the camp to be held on 26-28 June and said, “Be sure that we will achieve the historical victory again in 2028.
“We will continue our work by bringing our party back to power with a very strong vote and getting our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan elected president once again.” he said. Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yusuf Alemdar, MKYK Member Erkan Güral, district and municipal mayors and party members attended the program, where Yavuz, Öğütken and Provincial Mayor Yunus Tever also made speeches.
