25 People, Including Serenay Sarıkaya and Mabel Matiz, were Detained

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 25 people, including Serenay Sarıkaya, Mabel Matiz and many famous names, were detained.

A new wave of operations was carried out within the scope of the drug investigation carried out by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. During the morning hours, detention, search and biological examination procedures were initiated for a total of 25 suspects. It was reported that the operation, carried out in line with the instructions given to the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command, was carried out within the framework of allegations regarding the use, supply and facilitation of drug use.

Among the people named within the scope of the investigation are Serenay Sarıkaya, Berkay Şahin, Tan Taşcı, Yağmur Ünal, Mirgün Sırrı Cabas, Hakan Aydın (Block 3), Mabel Matiz (Fatih Karaca), Feyza Civelek, Niran Ünsal, Volkan Bahçekapalı, Onur Tuna, Osman Haktan Canevi, Aslıhan Turanlı, Eren Kesimer, Kübra İmren Blackdemir, Mehmet Rahşan, Cansu Tekin, Özgür Deniz Cellat, Yasemin İkbal, Tarık Tunca Bakır, Hanzede Gürkanlar, Aycan Yağcı, Tuğçe Postoğlu, Eda Dora and Semiha Bezek took part.

In the statement made by the prosecutor’s office, it was stated that the investigation was expanded in connection with different law enforcement operations, and that in addition to the work carried out on drug trafficking and manufacturing, steps to prevent its use continued. Authorities stated that the detention, statement taking and biological examination processes for the suspects are continuing in line with the evidence obtained.
