TBILISI (AA) – It was reported that Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuaşvili received Türkiye’s Ambassador to Tbilisi, Mustafa Türker Arı. In his written statement on his social media account, Papuashvili announced that he accepted Türkiye’s Tbilisi Ambassador Arı in the parliament. Noting that they discussed the friendly and strategic relations between Türkiye and Georgia during the meeting, Papuashvili stated that they have strong connections with the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
Stating that Ambassador Arı said that they respected the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia and that they were ready to further strengthen bilateral relations, Papuashvili stated that they also discussed global developments.
