Yokaribaş, who served as Military Attaché at the Bucharest Embassy in Romania, served as the Head of Department in Strategic Target Planning, Defense Capabilities Development, and Monitoring and Management of Defense Industry Project Processes in the Military Strategic Headquarters and Institutions at the Ministry of National Defense. Yokarıbaş, who retired from his post as Mardin Brigade Commander in 2023 with the rank of Brigadier General, joined the Defensehere team as a consultant in May 2026.
