Koenigsegg proudly introduces its new model: Sadair’s Spear.

A Name Linked to Heritage

Sadair’s Spear The name comes from the roots of the brand and carries a very personal meaning. Christian von Koenigsegg named his previous model “Jesko” to honor his father Jesko’s 80th birthday; This was a tribute to his father’s support during the founding of the brand.

Jesko von Koenigsegg was a passionate jockey who was involved with the Swedish equestrian community throughout his life. The name of his favorite horse, which he rode in his last race in 1976: Sadair’s Spear.

Aerodynamics – Lord of the Air

Sadair’s Spear At its heart lies a unique aerodynamic achievement. Koenigsegg’s advanced CFD (Fluid Dynamics) team optimized every detail of the vehicle with millimeter precision.

The top-mounted dual-wing active rear spoiler works in conjunction with the underbody diverters and fender vents to provide maximum grip at track speeds.

At the front, both cooling efficiency and downforce have been increased thanks to larger canards, improved hood grilles and fender vents.
Combined with the front Triplex shock absorber and active ride height system, these improvements deliver exceptional steering response and dynamic handling.

Special rear air intakes increase engine performance at high speeds, while the new integrated Gurney flap front hood grille offers additional downforce and optimum cooling at critical points.

Transferring Power – Redefining Power

Sadair’s SpearIt uses Koenigsegg’s twin-turbo V8 engine and has a revolutionary flywheel-less Light Speed Transmission (LST) It matches the transmission. This system offers a rotation capability of 46,000 rpm/s.

Thanks to updated engine software with improved airflow and cooling:
