Located in the Smart Document Processing, or IDP, category, Intelivus reads and classifies documents in different formats, extracts critical data and transfers them to corporate systems. With Intelivus, PaperWork aims to automate this process with artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing technologies. Processing of invoices, e-archives and receipts on the finance and accounting side; In human resources, it is aimed to associate personnel documents, payrolls and leave forms with employee files.
On the legal side, removing start and end dates and critical items from contracts can make the contract life cycle more trackable. In the field of insurance, it is aimed to accelerate risk assessment and damage processes by classifying damage files, policies and customer documents. In areas such as health, logistics and purchasing, missing document control and approval flows can be initiated through patient forms, customs documents and supplier compliance documents.
