However, especially in recent years, private school prices continue to reach astronomical figures. According to information obtained, some private school fees exceeded 4 million liras. While parents complain about the situation, it is stated that private school fees continue to rise despite being determined in line with the increase ceiling determined by the Ministry of National Education (MEB).
In this context, it is stated that when additional costs such as food, transportation, stationery and education are included, private school prices vary between 500 thousand liras and 4 million 200 thousand liras on average. Despite this, it is stated that some private school fees go up to 2 million 150 thousand liras.
