HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 series meets users in Turkey with its AMOLED screen, NFC supported contactless payment feature, advanced TruSense health tracking system, more than 100 sports modes and up to 10 days of battery life. What does HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series offer? HUAWEI has launched its new generation smart watch series, WATCH FIT 5. The series brings together the basic features expected from a smartwatch in daily use with innovations in health, sports, payment and battery.
In addition to the standard model, the WATCH FIT 5 family also includes WATCH FIT 5 Pro with higher hardware features. HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 comes with a 1.82 inch AMOLED screen. This screen offers a resolution of 480 × 408 pixels and reaches a peak brightness of 2,500 nits. In this way, the watch maintains its screen visibility even under direct sunlight. The renewed 60Hz screen refresh rate provides a smoother experience in interface transitions and daily use.
Narrowed frames make the screen area more efficient. In the Pro model of the series, higher-level materials are used on the screen and body side. HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro comes with an aviation-grade titanium alloy frame, sapphire glass against scratches and LTPO screen technology that reaches 3,000 nits brightness. This structure distinguishes the Pro model from the standard model, especially in terms of outdoor use and long-term durability.
One of the prominent innovations of the WATCH FIT 5 series is integrated NFC support. Thanks to its contactless payment feature, the watch allows payments without carrying a phone or wallet. Users can initiate payment via their wrist by double-clicking the side button. When the watch is removed from the wrist, the system automatically locks and prevents unauthorized payment transactions. On the sports tracking side, the device comes with dual-band and five-system GNSS support.
Using GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS systems, this structure increases location accuracy, especially in busy city centers. WATCH FIT 5 series supports more than 100 sports modes. The watch also integrates with third-party sports applications such as PickleX, GoodShot and Tennix. Thanks to this integration, more detailed shot analyzes can be made in racquet sports. The Mini-Workout feature developed for users working at a desk is among the notable software innovations of the series.
This feature includes 30 different guided exercises that can be done without leaving the work area. Thus, users can track short movement breaks during the day via the watch. On the health monitoring side, HUAWEI’s new generation TruSense system is used. This system offers 15 percent higher accuracy in heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and stress tracking compared to the previous generation. TruSleep 5.0 infrastructure monitors night breathing and provides data against sleep apnea risks.
Features such as body temperature detection, cycle tracking and fall detection are also among the standard equipment of the watch. WATCH FIT 5 series also comes with features that make exercise a social experience. Private groups can be created via the HUAWEI Health application. In these groups, users can share their data such as number of steps, distance traveled and calories burned with their friends. Instant ranking and rating lists within the application bring daily exercises to a competition-oriented structure.
On the battery side, the series offers up to 10 days of use on a single charge in typical usage scenarios. This value eliminates the need to charge the watch every day. WATCH FIT 5 series can work with smartphones with both iOS and Android operating systems. In this way, users can use the device in different ecosystems. HUAWEI also offers campaign advantages for the first sales period. Users who purchase HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 between May 22 and June 26 will receive FreeBuds SE 2 and a strap as a gift.
In the same period, users who purchase HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro are given FreeBuds SE 3 and HUAWEI Smart Scale.
