Volvo Car Turkey General Manager Magnus Boman talked about Turkey’s domestic electric SUV model, which is in the same segment as the C40.
Famous manufacturer Volvo, which aims to become a fully electric car manufacturer by 2030, brought its new electric car C40 Recharge to Turkey. While making a statement about the model, the domestic car TOGG was mentioned.
Volvo Car Turkey General Manager Magnus Boman said that C40 Recharge represents the future of Volvo. “The all-electric C40 Recharge is an important part of our perspective on the future, not only with its technical features but also with its design. As a car company that plans to move to a fully circular business model by 2040, we aim for 25 percent of the material in new Volvo cars to consist of recycled and bio-based content by 2025” he said.
Magnus Boman responded to the questions about TOGG by saying, “In today’s world, a new brand has to be born electric anyway. Togg will make a significant contribution to the spread of the charging network infrastructure. All brands will benefit from this positively.”
