While we have made significant progress in the integration process of Turkey’s Lunar Mission Space Vehicle, we have carried out the production of the İMECE 2-3 (TUGEP) Camera. We took our cooperation even further with the international high-level visits we hosted at our institute; we contributed to the development of new partnerships in the field of space technologies. SAT Show Week and STC We held cooperation meetings on international platforms such as 2026.
In the same period, we participated in the Ramadan event held in the Complex and contributed to the projects of young people and space enthusiasts by participating in the TUA Astro Hackathon and carried out important evaluation and decision processes by hosting the TUA Board of Directors Meeting at the Optical Systems Research Center. We started our new work with the TÜBİTAK UZAY Launch (TUZLA) Project (studies to develop launch capability), GEZGİN-1 (development of a domestic small satellite platform) and YAZKOM (Artificial Intelligence Supported Case and Bullet Nucleus Inspection System) projects.
“We continue our path with determination by increasing our power in space technologies in line with the goals of the National Space Program.” 📌@tubitakuzay implemented important projects in the first quarter of 2026. 📌TÜBİTAK UZAY continues its work in line with the goals of the National Space Program. 🔗https://t.co/s9y6n4Xy6n pic.twitter.com/rCRZVRP8qP — DefenseHere (@defensehere_tr) April 9, 2026
