TEI, Turkey’s leading company in aviation engines, won the “Enterprise That Gives the Most Value to Female Employees” award for the 10th time with its activities within the scope of World Aviation Women’s Week, the “Most Participant” award at the Pink Paper Airplane Awards within the scope of the same event, and the “Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility” award for the 3rd time with its development-education focused activities that contribute to social development.
TEI, which has been deemed worthy of different awards for years with different events such as “First Steps to Aviation”, which introduces aviation to female students within the scope of World Aviation Women’s Week, “Aviator Women Mentoring Program”, which enables the transfer of experience between employees, and “Strong Women of Aviation” organized for female employees, was selected as the “Enterprise That Most Values Its Female Employees” for the 10th time by the International Women in Aviation Institute (IWOAW) with the activities it carried out in 2026.
Within the scope of the same program, TEI was also deemed worthy of the “Pink Paper Airplane Special Award – Highest Participant” award with the highest number of participants in more than 300 different pink paper plane flying events held around the world. Continuing its efforts to contribute to social development and raise awareness in the field of aviation engines, TEI was deemed worthy of the “Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility” award for the 3rd time by Communitas Awards with its Aviation Engines School, Aviation Technician School, TEI Professional, 5 Before Business Life, CampusTEIz, My Engineering Story, Aviation Women Mentorship Program and technical trips.
