35 Billion TL Deposited to Farmers’ Accounts!

While the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry continues its agricultural support payments to farmers across the country, it was learned that a total of 35.

VEGETABLE PRODUCTION SUPPORT HAS BEEN ATTENTION Accordingly, while plant production supports have come to the fore, 31 billion 16 million liras of resources have been transferred to this field.

3 billion 140 million liras were supported for animal production, 1 billion 23 million liras for rural development, 315 million liras for agricultural R&D studies and 140 million liras for aquaculture production. Within the scope of crop production support, 27 billion 297 million liras were paid to a total of 1 million 409 thousand 188 farmers in the first three months of the year. In addition, 2 billion 608 million liras were transferred to 267 thousand 622 producers within the scope of planned production support.

PAYMENTS WILL CONTINUE In terms of livestock support, beekeeping and raw milk production came to the fore. In this context, a total of 1 billion 364 million liras of raw milk support was provided to 81 thousand 194 beekeepers and 1 billion 327 million liras of raw milk support to 164 thousand 371 animal breeders. While the Ministry stated that support payments to producers and farmers across the country will continue, it also announced that these aids will be increased in the coming periods and transferred to the accounts of the beneficiaries.
