Lenovo has listed the new generation 15-inch gaming laptop of the LOQ series, the Lenovo LOQ 15 Gen 11 model. The new model, which appears with the code LOQ 15AHP11, comes with AMD Ryzen 7 250 processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series Laptop GPU options, 15.3 inch 16:10 screen, DDR5 memory, dual M.2 SSD support and USB4 connection. The processor with 8 cores and 16 threads is listed with a base frequency of 3.3 GHz and a maximum frequency of 5.1 GHz. The processor has 8 MB L2 and 16 MB L3 cache. While there is AMD Radeon 780M on the integrated graphics side, the AMD Ryzen AI unit offers NPU performance up to 16 TOPS. The total artificial intelligence performance of the device goes up to 38 TOPS. On the graphics side, Lenovo’s official technical document includes NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU and GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU options.
Both graphics cards are listed with 8 GB GDDR7 memory and 115 W TGP. The RTX 5050 option offers 2662 MHz boost clock speed and 440 TOPS peak AI performance, and the RTX 5060 option offers 2497 MHz boost clock speed and 572 TOPS peak AI performance. Both GPU options have DLSS 4 and DirectX 12 Ultimate support. Some European sales lists also include the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 8 GB GDDR7 configuration for the same model family.
On the screen side, there are two different 15.3 inch IPS panel options. The first option offers 1920 × 1200 pixel WUXGA resolution, 300 nits brightness, 1000: 1 contrast ratio, 100 percent sRGB color coverage and 165 Hz refresh rate. The second option comes with 2560 × 1600 pixel WQXGA resolution, 400 nits brightness, 1200: 1 contrast ratio, 100 percent sRGB color coverage and 180 Hz refresh rate. Both panels have a 16:10 aspect ratio.
The model has AMD FreeSync, NVIDIA G-SYNC, Advanced Optimus and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light support. On the memory side, DDR5-5600 support is offered up to 32 GB. The device has two DDR5 SODIMM slots that can operate in dual channels. On the storage side, there are two M.2 SSD slots, and Lenovo lists 512 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD options. The system has dual SSD support, but in Lenovo’s standard configurations, the second slot can be left empty for user upgrades.
Connection options include two USB-A 5 Gbps, one USB-A 10 Gbps, one USB-C USB4 40 Gbps, HDMI 2.1, 3.5 mm headphone-microphone jack, RJ-45 Ethernet and Lenovo slim type power input. The USB-C connection supports DisplayPort 1.4 and USB PD 65-100 W. HDMI 2.1 output can transfer images up to 8K 60 Hz. The device can operate three independent screens simultaneously, including its own screen. On the wireless side, there is Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 support.
Lenovo LOQ 15 Gen 11 includes a 5 MP camera, e-shutter, dual microphone array, Realtek ALC3287 audio chip and Nahimic Audio supported 2 W dual speaker system. On the keyboard side, there is a numeric keypad, 1.6 mm key travel, Copilot key and 1 zone or 24 zone RGB lighting options depending on the configuration. The touchpad size is listed as 75 x 120 mm. On the battery side, a 60 Wh capacity lithium ion battery is used.
It is stated that with Rapid Charge Pro support, the battery can be charged up to 50 percent in 30 minutes. Lenovo’s technical document gives up to 8.5 hours of usage time with 250 nits brightness in the MobileMark 30 test, and up to 13.9 hours with 150 nits brightness in local 1080p video playback. On the power adapter side, the 245 W slim type adapter option is listed. On the design side, the dimensions of the device are given as 344.9 x 254.83 x 20.9-23.25 mm.
Weight starts from 2.1 kilograms. While the case colors are listed as Luna Gray and Surge Green, PC-ABS material is used on the top and bottom cover. On the security side, the firmware has TPM 2.0, e-shutter, administrator password, power-on password, disk password and self-healing BIOS features. The fingerprint reader is not included in the technical list. Operating system options include Windows 11 Pro, Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Home Single Language and a configuration without an operating system installed.
The model can be listed with 1 year, 2 year or 3 year warranty options depending on the region. On the certification side, there is ENERGY STAR 9.0, EPEAT Silver, ErP Lot 6/26, RoHS and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light information. The international price of Lenovo LOQ 15 Gen 11 varies depending on the configuration. In the shared information, prices starting from approximately 1,600 pounds for the UK and $1,645 for the USA are mentioned.
On some retail lists in Europe, the configuration with RTX 5070 appears at a price of 1,738.48 euros. There is no official announcement for the price in Türkiye.
