The implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed between Azerbaijan and Türkiye in the field of defense industry has started.
Hidayet Azimov, Deputy Minister of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with the delegation led by Hakan Karataş, Vice President of Defense Industry of the Republic of Turkey, who was on a working visit to the country.
During the meeting, issues arising from the Memorandum of Understanding signed in order to strengthen the legal and institutional foundations of cooperation between the two institutions were discussed, and the relevant implementation agreement was signed in order to implement concrete activities in this direction.
H. Karataş and H. Azimov also held meetings with the management of Türkiye-Azerbaijan University and Baku Higher Petroleum School.
