Dimensity 7500 comes with an advanced 4 nm production process. According to the data shared by MediaTek, the processor provides a power efficiency increase of between 5 percent and 9 percent in popular daily applications and between 4 percent and 7 percent in popular games, compared to the previous generation Dimensity platform.

Dimensity 7500 comes with LPDDR5 memory support and supports a maximum memory speed of 6400 Mbps.
On the storage side, there is dual-line UFS 3.1 support. This structure brings together the current memory and storage standards for the segment where the Dimensity 7000 series is positioned. On the screen side, 144 Hz refresh rate support is offered for the main panel with a resolution of up to 1344 x 2800 pixels. In foldable or specially designed models that use a secondary screen, 120 Hz is supported up to 1300 x 1200 pixels.
MediaTek announces that it also provides support for larger 1.5K screens. On the camera side, the MediaTek Imagiq 1050 image processor is used. Dimensity 7500 supports main camera sensors up to 200 MP. Features such as 14-bit DCG sensor support, multi-frame noise reduction and hardware face detection have also been included in the camera platform. On the video side, there is support for 30 FPS 10-bit recording at 4K resolution.
On the HDR video recording and playback side, the processor supports global HDR standards such as Dolby Vision, HLG, HDR10 and HDR10. There is H.264 and HEVC support on the video encoding side, and H.264, HEVC and VP-9 support on the playback side. A 5G modem with 3GPP Release 17 features is used on the connection side. Dimensity 7500 supports download speeds up to 5.2 Gbps with 3CC carrier aggregation. Technologies such as SA and NSA modes, 5G/4G carrier aggregation, NR TDD and FDD bands, DSS, 4×4 MIMO, 256QAM and VoNR are also supported on the modem side.
On the wireless connection side, there is Wi-Fi 6E support. The processor supports up to tri-band Wi-Fi 6E 2 × 2 configuration. Bluetooth 5.4, Bluetooth Hybrid Coexistence, Bluetooth Long Range and MediaTek Xtra Range 3.0 are also among the connection features of Dimensity 7500.
