Defensehere, one of the global meeting points of the defense industry, has been selected as the official media partner for HEMUS 2026, Bulgaria’s leading defense and security fair. The event will be held in Plovdiv between 3-6 June 2026. In the statement made by the organizers, the fair is held every two years; It was stated that it will exhibit the latest technologies in the fields of defence, anti-terrorism and security.
At the event; Public representatives, military officials, industry leaders and academic institutions are expected to come together. The products and solutions to be exhibited will include land, air and sea systems, as well as cyber security, logistics and innovation areas. As media partner, Defensehere will broadcast news from the fair, video interviews and on-site special content, broadcasting internationally through its multilingual platforms.
HEMUS, organized under the auspices of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy and Industry, has become an important regional platform that brings together NATO allies, European Union member countries and global defense industry actors. While the 2026 edition is expected to host hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors, the event will reinforce its role as a strategic meeting point in the field of defense and security in Southeastern Europe.
