Thus, the user can see the frame directly on the remote control, especially when taking selfies or shooting alone with the rear camera. There is a joystick and record button on Osmo FrameTap. This structure allows the user to remotely manage gimbal movements, start recording and control framing.
The controller stands out especially for single-person vlog shooting, product videos, remote fixed camera use and better quality selfie video production with the rear camera. The new gimbal comes with the ActiveTrack 8.0 system. DJI states that in this generation, tracking works more stable in crowded scenes and moving environments. With Multifunctional Module 2, the tracking scope is not limited to humans and pets; Vehicles, objects and certain reference points can also be tracked.
Multifunctional Module 2 is not only used for tracking. The module also includes an adjustable fill light. This light provides additional illumination for vlogging, live broadcasting and low-light shooting with different brightness and color temperature levels. On the Android side, the tracking experience is shaped through the Multifunctional Module 2 and the DJI Mimo application. On the gimbal side, 3-axis stabilization continues. Osmo Mobile 8P is designed to stabilize the phone image during walking, vlogging, product shooting and action scenes. The device also supports 360-degree pan rotation. This feature allows uninterrupted turning and tracking movements without getting stuck in mechanical limits.
The built-in extension arm and tripod maintain the practical structure of previous generations.
