The volatility in the global oil market following the US and Israel’s attacks on Iran continues to be reflected in fuel prices in Turkey. Following the recent fluctuation in Brent oil prices and the increase in diesel prices, this time the expectation of a discount came to the fore. According to information obtained from industry sources, a discount of 2 lira and 35 kuruş is expected on the liter price of diesel, effective as of Friday, May 22.
The discount is expected to be reflected at the pump after midnight. As for gasoline prices, no change is expected in the current tariff.
