ANKARA (AA) – Minister of Internal Affairs Mustafa Çiftçi said, “On the night of July 15, which was a treason attempt by those who sold their souls across the ocean, traitors who targeted the will of our nation bombed our Special Operations Directorate, which is loyal to God, homeland, nation and state. But the heroes of the struggle that illuminated that dark night under the leadership of our esteemed President were the brave men of this martyrdom.” he said.
Çiftçi visited the Special Operations Directorate of the General Directorate of Security in Gölbaşı and celebrated with the Special Operations police officers. Speaking here, Çiftçi stated without batting an eye that he was very pleased to be at the Special Operations Directorate, which is the home of those who were martyred for the sake of sanctity. Stating that the holidays turn the 1000-year-old Muslim Turkish nation into a feast in the spirit of civilization, Çiftçi said, “During our holidays, which are an exceptional period of time, almost the majority of our citizens go to their hometowns, make relatives, and meet their loved ones.
On this occasion, we make the following call to each of our citizens who are on their way back from the holiday: Do not let the holiday home be a house of mourning. Do not let our joy turn into sadness.” Most of the accidents are caused by excessive speed and fatigue. Please let’s follow the rules and avoid excessive speed. Let’s take a break where we are tired, rest and continue the journey. “I wish safe, healthy and safe journeys to each of our citizens who are on their way back from the holiday.” he said.
Minister Çiftçi addressed the police as follows: “As children of this beloved nation, you spend many holidays away from your families and loved ones, working for the peace of our nation.
