4th International Baysıfest Ortaköy Culture and Art Days ended in Antalya

ANTALYA (AA) – The two-day International Baysıfest Ortaköy Culture and Art Days, which was held for the 4th time this year in Kumluca district of Antalya, ended with final competitions, dance shows and concerts. On the second day of the Baysıfest Ortaköy Culture and Art Days events, which were held for the 4th time this year in Ortaköy (Baysı) District, individual and team target shooting with a rubber slingshot, hopscotch, callus removal, filling a bucket with water with a sponge, gelep rolling, grilling fish and reverse mirror final competitions were held.

In the competitions held individually and in teams, the competitors competed fiercely to gain superiority over each other. The struggle of the competitors who struggled to be successful, especially in the track built on water, witnessed colorful scenes. Various gifts were given to the winners of the competitions as a team and individually by the sponsors of Baysıfest Ortaköy Culture and Art Days events. Ortaköy (Baysı) Neighborhood Headman Halime Kaya said that they organized the Baysıfest Ortaköy Culture and Art Days events for the 4th time this year and that the two-day events went very well.

Stating that the purpose of organizing Baysıfest Ortaköy Culture and Art Days events, which they started four years ago, was to revive past life cultures and ensure the transfer of this culture to future generations, Kaya said, “We held the fourth of our events this year. We also receive participation from abroad in our events that we hold in a festive atmosphere. That’s why we call it international. Many great competitions and events were held for two days.
