ANKARA (AA) – Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin surprised the children by video calling the first grade students of Güneysu Adacami Primary School, who sent him a letter. According to the statement made by the Ministry, the 1/A class students of Adacami Primary School, which provides education in Güneysu district of Rize, wrote a letter to Minister Tekin with the initiative of their teachers and put their feelings, goals and wishes on paper.
Minister Tekin also wrote a letter in response to the students’ letters, and Rize Provincial Director of National Education Halil İbrahim Akmeşe, who visited the class, read Tekin’s letter to the students. Tekin also made a surprise by connecting to the class online and making a video call with the children. Chatting with the students, Tekin stated that he was very happy when he saw the letters.
