It was reported that the memorandum was signed by Saudi Arabian Deputy Defense Minister Khalid bin Hussein al-Biyari and Ukrainian Deputy Chief of General Staff Andriy Hnatov.
It was reported that the agreement was made within the scope of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s visit to Saudi Arabia. In his statement on his social media account, Zelenskiy stated that they met with Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and signed a document of cooperation in the field of defense before the meeting.
