ANTALYA (AA) – Within the scope of the Blue Mediterranean Initiative Project in Antalya, the “Smoke-Free Beach” application was implemented at Kaputaş Beach in Kaş district.
Within the scope of the application, a special smoking area was created at the back of the beach in order to reduce smoking on the beach.
While smoking holidaymakers use this designated area, the beach section serves as a “smoke-free area”.
The aim of the application is to reduce cigarette-related waste, facilitate beach cleaning and protect the natural beauty of Kaputaş Beach.
