STM unveiled the TOGAN-M Mini Reconnaissance and Observation UAV System, the smallest and newest member of the UAV family, for the first time at the SAHA 2026 Fair. TOGAN-M stands out with its weight under 2.5 kg and foldable design; With its unique software resistant to electronic warfare conditions and national information security architecture, it offers a reliable reconnaissance-surveillance solution in both military and strategic civilian operations.
STM Defense Technologies Engineering and Trade Inc., which has developed national technologies within the Turkish defense industry, has brought a new breath to the tactical level reconnaissance-surveillance segment. TOGAN-M Mini Reconnaissance and Observation UAV System, which is optimized in line with user needs and stands out with its security at military standards against its civilian competitors, was introduced for the first time at SAHA 2026 with its high-resolution imaging capacity and autonomous capabilities.

TOGAN-M was designed for our agile units with its installation time of under one minute and its compact structure that can be carried in a bag by a single soldier.
Its biggest difference from its civilian counterparts is its electronic warfare resistance equipped with STM’s national unique algorithms and its internet-closed, information security-first architecture. With TOGAN-M, which works fully compatible with military map bases and coordinate systems, it is effective in border and base security, eliminating foreign dependency in operations both in rural areas and settlements; “We offer a cost-effective solution.” Electronic Warfare Resistant and Fully Autonomous TOGAN-M can perform 24/7 uninterrupted surveillance with 4K day and high sensitivity thermal (night) camera systems on a 3-axis stabilized gimbal.
The UAV, which has high resistance to jamming thanks to its frequency-hopping communication system, can continue uninterrupted data transfer with the LTE connection that activates autonomously in case of link loss. The system, which can take off and land autonomously with the support of a flow camera even in environments without GNSS (satellite), can be used safely in all kinds of difficult geographies for autonomous detection and tracking of fixed and moving targets.
