Togg, who announced that there was an increase in the number of people trying to defraud citizens by using the brand’s name, just a few days before introducing Turkey’s first innately electric smart device, T10X, to users, called on users to be careful.
“We filed a criminal complaint”
Warning users not to trust entities other than Togg official channels, Togg made the following statement:
“The T10X pre-order process is available on our Trumore app and official website. togg.com.tr We did it through. Our Togg Care / User Interest Center, which can be reached at 0850 222 86 44, has become a solution point for our citizens who want to get information. We do not carry out any activities related to the order process other than these official channels. We would like to inform the public that we have filed a criminal complaint against people who call our citizens by phone or using messaging services and try to deceive them with unfounded lies such as additional quotas, discounts, orders without draws. “We will continue to closely monitor such fraud attempts in the future.”
