New solutions developed to meet the uninterrupted communication needs of marine vehicles of different sizes will be introduced at SAHA 2026. SAHA 2026 International Defense, Aerospace Industry Fair, organized by SAHA Istanbul, Turkey’s and Europe’s largest defense, aviation and space industry cluster, will be held at Istanbul Expo Center on 5-9 May. In the tenth news of Anadolu Agency’s (AA) file titled “The heart of technology will beat in SAHA”, the communication solution that will contribute to the operational capabilities of unmanned marine vehicles was included.
NETA Elektronik, which develops and produces antennas and communication systems for the defense industry, offers high-tech solutions for air, land and sea platforms. NETA will introduce the new solution it has developed for naval platforms at SAHA 2026. The need for uninterrupted and reliable communication in the open sea is becoming more critical every day. While harsh sea conditions and moving platforms leave classical communication solutions inadequate, NETA responds to this need with the Marine SOTM antenna.
Marine SOTM has been specially developed for ships and marine vehicles and will serve as a new generation satellite communication solution that can maintain uninterrupted satellite connection while on the move.
