Wide participation from Turkey to “Posidonia 2026 International Maritime Fair”

ATHENS (AA) – Many companies from Turkey participated in the "Posidonia 2026 International Maritime Fair" held in Athens, the capital of Greece.

ATHENS (AA) – Many companies from Turkey participated in the “Posidonia 2026 International Maritime Fair” held in Athens, the capital of Greece. At the fair, which is held every two years in Athens and brings together the leading companies of the shipping industry from all over the world, Turkey was represented with both national and individual participation on a company basis. Turkey participated in the fair, where the National Participation Organization was organized by the Ship, Yacht and Service Exporters Association (GYHİB), and the Istanbul and Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean and Black Sea Regions Chamber of Shipping (İMEAK DTO) and the Shipbuilding Manufacturers Association (GISBİR) participated, with a total of 76 companies, 15 of which were in the Turkish National Pavilion.

Turkey’s Ambassador to Athens Çağatay Erciyes visited the Turkish National Pavilion and Turkish companies. At the fair, sector representatives from all over the world came together at the “Turkish Maritime Sector” reception organized by IMEAK DTO.
