While the good news of the return of mutant heroes, one of the most established and popular teams in the comic book world, creates great enthusiasm among fans, X-Men ’97 season 2 the first official trailer for has finally been shared with the world by Marvel Animation. The production, which has won the hearts of both old generation cyberpunk and retro animation enthusiasts and the new generation with its first season, is preparing to take its place on the Disney platform.

Our heroes will come face-to-face with one of the most dangerous enemies in comic book history: the Apocalypse, as they try to find each other in this vast time gap that stretches from antiquity to the distant future and go back to their own era, the 1990s. The trailer makes it clear that the story will be heavily inspired by the Marvel comic book universe’s legendary “Age of Apocalypse” series. In the absence of the main team, anti-mutant movements and radical groups are gaining more power than ever in the world of the 90s.

The two-minute X-Men ’97 season 2 intense trailer is a visual feast. In the introduction, which includes many easter eggs that will not go unnoticed by hardcore fans, the detail of “Weapon Plus”, which refers especially to cyberpunk experiments and mutant development programs, aroused great curiosity.
